Questions

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about pricing, membership, insurance, and telehealth before you book.

What does it cost? How does the membership work?
Membership is a flat fee for your everyday primary care, with direct access and unhurried visits in office or by telehealth. You choose the term: $110 for 1 month, $275 for 3 months, $525 for 6 months, or $975 for 12 months (about $81/month). Clinician-led programs like hormone replacement therapy and medical weight management are booked separately. See the Services page for full pricing.
Is there a deposit to book?
Yes — a $50 deposit reserves your consultation and is applied toward your visit. You can book online in just a couple of minutes.
Do you take insurance?
No — we're a self-pay practice. That's what lets us offer transparent pricing, longer appointments, and personalized care. We accept major credit/debit cards and HSA/FSA, and can provide receipts for you to submit to insurance on request.
Are you accepting new patients?
Yes — we're accepting new primary-care patients, children age 5 and older and adults.
How quickly can I be seen?
Most patients are seen the same day or the next business day.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Membership is month-to-month with no long-term contract — you can cancel or pause with 30 days' notice.
What is a telehealth visit?
A real-time audio or video visit with a certified provider, from home or anywhere in Florida. Prescriptions, labs, and imaging orders are sent electronically. Some conditions still need an in-person visit, which your provider will let you know.
Can you be my primary care provider?
Yes — many patients use Phoenix Medical Group as their main provider for routine care, chronic-condition management, preventive care, physicals, and sick visits, plus referrals when needed.
Where are you located?
4286 Woodbine Road, Suite A, Pace, FL 32571. We see patients in office and by telehealth throughout Florida.
